It reads your prints and writes up your inspection paperwork.
Upload a drawing. PlusMinus pulls every dimension and tolerance off it, numbers them, balloons them, converts metric over to inch the way a machinist actually writes it, and fills out your inspection forms. Everything stays editable, and you export when it's the way you want it.
Somebody still has to read every print.
Before you can inspect a part, someone sits down with a drawing and reads every dimension and tolerance off it. They number them, work out conversions, decide what gets checked and how often, and type all of it into an inspection sheet. It's skilled work, it takes someone who knows what they're looking at, and it gets done over again every time a print is revised. That's what PlusMinus does for you.
How it works
What you get back
It tells you what to double-check.
Every dimension comes back with a confidence score. Anything it's less sure of gets flagged and sorted to the top of your review list, so you check those first and confirm them with one click.
Who it's for
If you inspect to a print, this is for you. Doesn't much matter what you make. Machining, fabrication, stamping, molding, medical device, aerospace and automotive supply, contract manufacturing. If somebody in your building turns drawings into inspection sheets by hand, that's the work to hand off.
Can't put your prints in the cloud?
Some drawings can't leave the building. Customer IP, export-controlled work, or a contract that plainly doesn't allow an upload. Linked Operations can build you an on-premise install that runs inside your own network instead. It's a custom build rather than something you download, and it carries no compliance certification of its own. Tell us what your contract actually requires and we'll tell you straight whether we can meet it.
